It's our 70th Anniversary!

Schold has been in business for 70 years! In 1949, Schold Welding & Machine Company was founded and since that time, we have provided dependable, robust industrial dispersers, mixers, and mills to a wide range of customers. Some of our equipment has been in use for over 50 years!

Today as Schold Manufacturing, we strive to continue delivering high-quality equipment like George Schold in 1949. We are thankful to all those customers who have been a part of the Schold story thus far and we hope to push Schold into a new era of quality equipment and service.

DID YOU KNOW?

• Schold started out as a machine and repair shop but quickly morphed into a mixer and mill manufacturer to meet its customers’ needs
• George Schold started Schold Welding and Machine with his childhood buddy Jim Fischbeck. Jim and his son, Larry Fischbeck, have 70 years of combined service at Schold
• Schold Manufacturing is “the originator of the steel shot mill” and holds several patents to prove it
• Schold has had a few pets over the years – two German Shepherds named Lady and Bourbon, and an Alaskan Malamute named Norton
