Google provides Schold with aggregated reporting and audience information rather than information that directly identifies those individual Google users.

Information collected through Google services may be processed by Google in the United States and other countries.

Enhanced Conversions and User-Provided Data

We may use Google enhanced conversions and related user-provided data features to improve conversion measurement and advertising attribution.

When you submit a form, certain contact information provided directly to Schold, such as your name, email address, and phone number, may be normalized, protected using the SHA-256 one-way hashing algorithm, and transmitted to Google. Google may compare the hashed information with hashed information associated with consented, signed-in Google users to determine whether an advertisement contributed to an inquiry or other conversion.

We use this process for advertising measurement, conversion attribution, campaign reporting, conversion modeling, automated bidding, and campaign optimization.

The company information and message or question submitted through our forms are used by Schold and its service providers to respond to the inquiry. We do not intentionally transmit the content of your message or question to Google for enhanced-conversion matching.

Hashing is designed to protect contact information during transmission, but hashed information may still be considered personal information under applicable privacy laws.

How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, including providers of:

• Website hosting, operation, and security
• Online forms and customer relationship management
• Analytics and website measurement
• Advertising, conversion tracking, attribution, and audience services
• Email and marketing communications
• Information technology and professional services

These providers may include Google and Pipedrive. They may process information according to their respective terms, privacy policies, and data-processing agreements.

Some browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to these signals, the Site may not respond to all Do Not Track signals.

Some jurisdictions recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control. We will process legally recognized signals as required by applicable law.
