Sales Engineer

  • Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs for their unique applications
  • Provide expertise and support to sales team to communicate products, services, and client needs
  • Provide support to customers and resolves problems with installed equipment
  • Organize and tests various products or applications in our test lab
  • Contact and works with customers to organize details and support sales projects
  • Travel to industry trade shows and customer sites (expected 10-30%)
  • Learn product line and sales skills required to succeed
  • Draft and assist with presentations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers
  • Shadow salespeople on calls and appointments to learn about equipment, industry, and sales skills
  • Assist with research and development of new products
  • Assist with calls and emails, generating budgetary and formal equipment quote
  • Generate 2D and 3D CAD drawings of proposed equipment
  • Expect a portion of time spent in production and engineering (first ~2-3 months) to gain in depth technical product knowledge

Mechanical Engineer

  • Manage the design of custom process equipment from the technical sales phase through design, production and start-up at the end customer’s site
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 3-10 years of experience in engineering design and manufacturing
  • Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling, ideally Solidworks
  • Mechanical aptitude and desire to “get your hands dirty” when required
  • Ability to travel and work at customer sites (10-30% of days)

  • ***Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding is a must***
  • Ideal experience with sanitary, food grade & pharma products
  • Able to weld with various materials and thicknesses from Sheetmetal to large plate

  • Familiarity with sheer, press-break, and rolling operations

Industrial Electrician

  • The ideal candidate is an electrical wizard with experience working on industrial control panels and components
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and bills of material
  • 3-Phase power familiarity, including motor and VFD wiring
  • Experience wiring industrial control panels and field devices
  • Ability to use hand and power tools to assemble panel components
  • A self-motivated team player who enjoys being busy and can prioritize jobs with the Plant Manager
  • Ability to program VFD’s
  • Allen Bradley PLC/HMI familiarity and RSLogix 5000 experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must have their own tools

Industrial Painter

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
    • Experience in a manufacturing environment
    • Experience applying industrial paints and coating applications is ideal
  • Perform cleaning, sanding, and other pre-painting activities on parts in preparation for painting/fabrication
  • Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products
  • Knowledge of how to adjust sprayer gun to regulate width and pressure of spray to accomplish desired finish
  • Utilize instrumentation to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with OEM specifications
  • Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces
  • Assist to appropriately rig large objects for the purpose of moving them in the process of applying the industrial coatings
  • Assess the quality level of painting processes, methods, and projects
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe work environment and observe good safety habits
  • Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat procedures with respect to the storage/handling of materials in the area
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Self-motivated team player, enjoys being busy, and can prioritize jobs with the Plant Manager
