CNC/Manual Machinist
- Mastery of manual lathe and mill work
- Experience with large parts and tight tolerances
- Ability to hold total indicated runout (TIR) and straighten shafts to within 0.001” TIR
- CNC programming and setup experience a plus but not required
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T, and close tolerances
- A self-motivated team player who enjoys being busy and can prioritize jobs with the shop manager.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, and always have a constructive attitude
- Knowledge of Haas control a plus
- Experience in manual machining Lathe, mill, and drill a plus

CAD Designer
- Associated Degree or equivalent in CAD Design
- 2-5 years of experience in mechanical design or CAD design is ideal
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D modeling, ideally SolidWorks
- Mechanical aptitude and desire to “get your hands dirty” when required
- Ability to travel and work at customer sites (10%)

Field Service Technician
- Technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Local travel to client sites 50% of the time.
- Overnight travel within the United States 20% of the time.
- The remaining 30% will be spent at Schold, collaborating with the mechanical assembly, welding, or machining departments.
