Manual Machinist
- Mastery of manual lathe and mill work
- Experience with large parts and tight tolerances
- Ability to hold total indicated runout (TIR) and straighten shafts to within 0.001” TIR
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T, and close tolerances
- Self-motivated team player, enjoys being busy, can prioritize jobs effectively
- Strong work ethic, reliable, constructive attitude

CNC Machinist
- Responsible for complete setups and editing/programing CNC programs
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming language
- Knowledge of Mazatrol programming language
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, including GD&T, and close tolerances
- Self-motivated team player, enjoys being busy, can prioritize jobs effectively
- Strong work ethic, reliable, constructive attitude
- Knowledge of HAAS and Mazak controls is a plus
- Experience with manual lathe, mill, and drill is a plus

Field Service Technician
- Technical degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Field Service Mechanic or similar role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Local travel to client sites 50% of the time.
- Overnight travel within the United States 20% of the time.
- The remaining 30% will be spent at Schold, collaborating with the mechanical assembly, welding, or machining departments.
